1. Your details including personal data from our contact form will be transmitted to us via our own mail server, processed and stored by us in order to process your enquiry. This data will not be collected or passed on without your declaration of consent. We cannot process your enquiries without this data. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) DSGVO.

Newsletter

1. You can register for our newsletter on the website, this is done using the double opt-in procedure. We use the Mailchimp software for this purpose. After registering, you will receive an e-mail in which you will be asked to confirm your registration. Without the disclosure of this data, the transmission of our newsletter is not possible. Online shopping

1. We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the web shop operator HotelNetSolutions GmbH. Stores the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name, contact details and credit card number of the purchaser within the framework of cookies. The data provided by you is required for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you.

2. Regular guest area / guest club

1. This website uses the KunLeiSys guest club software (regular guest area). The provider is GASTROpoint GmbH, Pommernstraße 17, 83395 Freilassing, Germany. KunLei- Sys Guest Club Software is a service with which the Guest Club, offers, loyalty points, e-mails on occasions and newsletter dispatch are organised and managed.

2. You can register for the guest club on our website. We only use the data entered for this purpose for the purpose of using the respective offer or service. The mandatory information requested during registration must be provided in full. Otherwise we will reject the registration. The processing of the data entered during registration is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent free of charge at any time.
